About Broll Group
Broll Facilities Management is responsible for the management and supply of Facilities Management services for all the buildings at the dtic campus. On behalf of Rainprop, they provide an Integrated Facilities Management service across all service lines required by the dtic, without disruption of business operations to any stakeholder in each environment, and therefore the quality of service, user experience, health, safety and environment are central in execution.
Broll together with Rainprop and the dtic have developed maintenance strategies that mitigate the possible impact of any risks identified and ensure that the assets perform to operational standards in accordance with ISO standards for Physical Asset Management (ISO 55001).
